Brussels, 10/09/2015 (Agence Europe) - The cross-border cooperation programme between Greece and Bulgaria that was approved by the European Commission on Thursday 10 September will invest €129 million to help SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) expand beyond their region and also to boost ecotourism and improve prevention of natural disasters.
