Brussels, 01/09/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 1 September, the European Commission authorised the acquisition of Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor (NKBM) of Slovenia by an investment fund managed by affiliates of Apollo Management L.P (United States).
