Brussels, 15/07/2015 (Agence Europe) - As part of a series of rulings issued on Wednesday 15 July (Joined Cases T389/10 and T436/10), the General Court of the EU has reduced the fines imposed by the European Commission in 2010 on Ori Martin, Voestalpine and Voestalpine Austria Draht - three companies that took part in the cartel on the European market of pre-stressing steel (see EUROPE 10171) - and for the most part has maintained those imposed on the other members of this cartel.
