On Monday 13 July, the agriculture ministers met in Council and adopted in point A the revision of Community trademarks (see EUROPE 11323) as part of the first reading of the ordinary legislative procedure. The European Parliament's legal affairs (JURI) committee approved this revision on 16 June (see EUROPE 11336). (PH)
