Brussels, 16/04/2015 (Agence Europe) - On 16 April, the European Commission gave the go-ahead to a German plan to support the building of twenty offshore wind farms in line with EU state aid rules. Seventeen wind farms will be located in the North Sea and three in the Baltic.
