Luxembourg to give the Commission a list of its tax rulings

Brussels, 18/12/2014 (Agence Europe) - A few weeks ahead of the court hearing, the prime minister of Luxembourg, Xavier Bettel, has announced the withdrawal of the Duchy's appeal at the European General Court against the Commission's demand that it be given information about all of Luxembourg's tax rulings.
