Brussels, 17/10/2014 (Agence Europe)- On Thursday 16 October, the European Commission sent a reasoned opinion to the Czech Republic, Estonia, Poland and Slovakia, formally requesting them to ensure that appeals against a decision to refuse, annul or revoke a visa include access to a judicial body.
