Milan, 17/10/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 17 October, outgoing European Commissioner for Trade Karel De Gucht announced in Brussels that the negotiations on the investment chapter of the EU-Singapore free trade agreement had been concluded. The agreement was initialled in September 2013.
