Brussels, 16/10/2014 (Agence Europe) - Portugal is being taken to the European Court of Justice for the second time for poor implementation of the EU Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive (91/271/EEC) and is at risk of having huge fines imposed on it for non-execution of a European Court of Justice ruling of 2009.
