Brussels, 10/10/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 10 October, the European General Court found against former MEP Jean-Charles Marchiani, and endorsed the recovery by the European Parliament of money paid to Marchiani for 'fictional jobs' (General Court ruling in Case T-479/13).
