Brussels, 09/10/2014 (Agence Europe) - There was chaos at the Transport Council over the final liberalisation of rail. The ministers by no means share a uniform vision of how the political plank of the fourth railway package should be dealt with, to the extent that they are calling for the technical pillar to be put to bed first. However, the Italian Presidency is hoping for a general orientation on the political plank at the next meeting of the ministers, in early December.
