Over €11 billion to support reforms

Brussels, 26/09/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 26 September, the European Commission set out the detail of a financial aid plan for over €11 billion that the EU will grant the Balkans and Turkey for the 2014-2020 period to support their reform efforts. The funding will be available through the instrument for pre-accession assistance (IPA II).

For the 2014-2020 period Turkey should therefore be allocated €4.4539 billion. Serbia should benefit from €1.508 billion, the Former Yugoslav...
