Brussels. European Commission. Presentation of a proposed directive on working time for workers in the inland navigation sector, which will apply an agreement concluded by the representatives of the employers and employees in the sector at EU level.

General Court of the EU (and 8/07): hearing of the witnesses (07/07) and pleas (08/07) in case T-562/12 (Dalli/Commission - application by former Commissioner John Dalli to cancel the verbal decision of President Barroso requiring his resignation as Commissioner and request for compensation).
