Internet shopping grows in Germany. - Online shopping for goods and services has risen above the €50 billion mark, according to polls of 40,000 consumers carried out by the online sales federation, BHV. Goods bought online totalled €39.8 billion and services and downloaded products sales (music, travel and the like) totalled €10.5 billioon. Internet shopping only accounts for 10% of German consumption spending. (IL)
