Brussels, 11/02/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 11 February, the European Commission adopted a draft amending budget for the EU's budget for 2014 to enable the introduction of measures to make it easier for small businesses to access finance. This is the first amending budget for 2014. It is neutral in budget terms in that it does not alter the overall level of expenditure.
