EP troika investigations and ESM treaty under discussion

Brussels, 18/12/2013 (Agence Europe) - In a draft report on the work of the troika (European Commission, European Central Bank and International Monetary Fund) in countries in receipt of aid Othmar Karas (EPP, Austria) and Liem Hoang Ngoc (S&D, France) seem to be focussing their discontent on the interngovernmental treatey estalbising the European Stability Mechanism (ESM).
