Brussels, 20/11/2013 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 20 November, the European Commission decided to refer Germany, France and Italy to the European Court of Justice for failure to recover wrongly paid aid from Deutsche Post, ferry company SNCM and the cities of Venice and Chioggia respectively.
