Neelie Kroes sings praises of Open Access in Berlin

Brussels, 20/11/2013 (Agence Europe) - In a speech in Berlin at a conference on Open Access, European Commissioner for the Digital Agenda Neelie Kroes reiterated her support for open access to data. She spoke of open access to the results of research, with help from the new programme Horizon 2020.
