03/10/2013 (Agence Europe) - Another dialogue meeting on 7 October. On Monday 7 October, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton will meet the prime ministers of Serbia and Kosovo, Ivica Dacic and Hashim Thaçi respectively, as part of the dialogue “to review progress on implementation [of the 19 April agreement], in particular in the run up to the municipal elections of 3 November in Kosovo”, said Ashton's spokesperson in a press release. This meeting comes at a time when relations between Belgrade and Pristina are tense. The Kosovan government has announced entry bans to Kosovo for Serbian politicians during the election campaign and, in retaliation, Dacic has threatened to break off Serbia's participation in the dialogue if the Kosovan-threatened measures are implemented.
