11/09/2013 (Agence Europe) - Mergers: JP Morgan/Findus Group. On 10 September, the European Commission gave the go-ahead to acquisition of British frozen food company Findus Group by British investment bankers JP Morgan Chase & Co. The Commission was notified of the acquisition on 12 August and it was examined using the simplified merger assessment procedure. (FG/transl.fl)
