On 7 June, the European Commission gave the go-ahead to the purchase by Dutch temporary work agency Randstat NV of Dutch competitor USG People N.V.'s business in Austria, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Spain and Switzerland. The two companies' businesses overlap in the supply of temporary workers in Italy, Luxembourg, Poland and Spain, but the Commission says the deal does not raise any competition concerns in the countries in question....
