Brussels, 07/06/2013 (Agence Europe) - After months of talks, the Eurogroup is expected to decide in Luxembourg on Thursday 20 June on guidelines for the direct recapitalisation of banks by the eurozone's permanent bailout fund (the European stability mechanism, ESM).
