Brussels, 29/05/2013 (Agence Europe) - The Euromed Audiovisual III programme held the fourth meeting of its working group on the financing of films in the southern Mediterranean region on the sidelines of the Cannes Festival. The programme is composed of professionals, in both public and private sectors, throughout the region. During the first year of its existence, it achieved: five studies published on sources of funding available and joint productions, a proposal for a funding mechanism on development and market access to be finalised and promoted from end June on, and two new avenues for action.
