Brussels, 28/05/2013 (Agence Europe) - In its decision of Tuesday 28 May (C-239/12 P), the European Court of Justice ruled that a person who was the subject of a measure freezing funds retains an interest in it being annulled by the Courts of the EU despite its repeal in the General Court. In effect, recognition of illegality can constitute a form of reparation for the non-material harm suffered.
