Brussels, 15/05/2013 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 14 May, the Council of the EU adopted two decisions on launching the automatic exchange of vehicle registration data (VRD) with Bulgaria and Romania, a press release states, as the two countries have fulfilled the necessary criteria for data protection.
