Commission looks again at FRONTEX and sea rescue operations

Brussels, 15/04/2013 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 12 April, the European Commission responded to the ruling from the European Court of Justice (CJEU), which quashed a Council decision on sea operations carried out by the FRONTEX agency. The Commission has effectively adopted a new draft regulation, this time involving the European Parliament.
