Brussels, 15/04/2013 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 15 April, the European Commission adopted a draft amending budget which enables EU member states to see their contribution to the 2013 EU budget reduced by €1.02 billion in total. This drafting amending budget no 3 to the 2013 general budget, on the general state of revenue, will have to be approved by the European Parliament and European Council.
