Sem Fabrizi, from Italy, has been appointed head of the delegation in Australia. His colleague, Helen Campbell, takes over the EU delegation in Norway and Jesus Miguel Sanz Escorihuela from Spain, has been appointed head of the delegation in Thailand. (CG/transl.fl)
