On 28 January 2013, the European Investment Bank launched a new recruitment drive for its Eastern Partnership trainee programme, open to university graduates from Eastern Partnership nations (Azerbaijan if it signs the necessary agreement, Armenia, Georgia, Moldavia and the Ukraine) who studied at a university in one of these countries.
