Ministers expected to agree on European patent

Brussels, 07/12/2012 (Agence Europe) - The second formal Competitiveness Council meeting under the Cypriot Presidency will taken place on Monday 10 December and is expected to finally agree on the European patent. Ministers will also discuss updating the EU's industrial policy, paying particular attention to the car industry. A debate is planned on customs policy and updating state aid rules.
