Brussels, 14/11/2012 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 14 November, the president of the European Council, Herman van Rompuy, proposed reducing the European Commission's initial proposal (€1,033 billion) on the next EU Multiannual Financial Framework (2014-2020) by €74.5 billion.
