Brussels, 25/10/2012 (Agence Europe) - On 24 October, the European Commission sent “reasoned opinions” to nine member states over infringement of EU tax rules. The countries mostly have two months in which to bring their tax rules into line, failing which they may be taken to the European Court of Justice.
