Brussels, 27/08/2012 (Agence Europe) - German Chancellor Angela Merkel wants her European partners to agree on the launch of an institutional reform process to take a step forward in European integration, at least within the eurozone. She would like the December European Council to set a date to open a “Convention” with the aim of “laying new legal foundations for the Union”, according to the weekly news magazine Der Spiegel in its Monday 27 August edition.
