No 2010 spending discharge for three agencies

Brussels, 10/05/2012 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 10 May, the European Parliament decided to postpone the granting of a discharge on the execution of the 2010 budget for the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and the European Medicines Agency (EMA), due to shortcomings in the management of conflicts of interest.
