Brussels, 10/05/2012 (Agence Europe) - That an informal European summit, expected to be devoted to promoting economic growth, is to be held in Brussels on 23 May has lifted the spirits of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC), even though the organisation preferred to state on Thursday 10 May that “growth can only result from recovery measures, not from cutting salaries and promoting deregulation”.
