Strasbourg, 24/04/2012 (Agence Europe) - Tineke Strik from the Socialist group of the Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) put a halt to the Italian, Spanish and Maltese attacks, in a debate on lives lost in the Mediterranean, by pointing out that PACE is not a court but a free assembly that is entitled to seek the truth. Strik is the author of a PACE report on lives lost in the Mediterranean, and the tabler of a resolution passed by PACE on Tuesday morning.
