Brussels, 03/04/2012 (Agence Europe) - Former prime minister, Yulia Tymoshenko, who is serving a seven-year prison sentence, will be appearing in court again on 19 April with regard to United Energy Systems of Ukraine (UESU) activities. She is accused of an abuse of power, fraud and tax evasion. If found guilty, these accusations could see a 12 year prison sentence being imposed. The former prime minister is also being pursued in three other investigations.
