Brussels, 30/03/2012 (Agence Europe) - Polish legislation which permits the marketing of unauthorised foreign medicinal products which are cheaper than, but similar to, those already authorised is contrary to European Union law. That was the ruling of the Court of Justice of the EU in Case C-185/10 handed down on Thursday 29 March. The Court ruled that financial considerations cannot justify the placing on the market of such medicinal products.
