Brussels, 21/02/2012 (Agence Europe) - Irregularities in a human resources development programme funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) in Romania are causing payments from the ESF to be temporarily interrupted. This decision by the European Commission concerns payments on requests currently being processed, to last over the next six months.
