21/02/2012 (Agence Europe) - New denominations. On Tuesday 21 February, the European Commission announced that it had added two names to the register of protected designations of origin (PDO) and protected geographical indications (PGI). These are the British PGI “New Season Comber Potatoes/Comber Earlies” (potatoes) and the Italian PGI “Limone di Rocca Imperiale” (lemon). (LC/transl.fl)
