France calls on Commission to suspend growing of MON 810 maize

Brussels, 21/02/2012 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the French government asked the European Commission to suspend, as a matter of urgency, the authorisation to grow genetically modified MON 810 maize by Monsanto, on the basis of new scientific reports.
