EASA summons Airbus to carry out inspection of A380s

Brussels, 08/02/2012 (Agence Europe) - All Airbus A380s will be subject to inspections in the next two years and those that have already made more than 1,300 flights will have to proceed to these inspections in the next two months.

Cracks on wings. The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has announced its intention to proceed with these inspections following the discovery of cracks and edge breaks on the wings of the most recent civilian European aeronautical manufacturer's model. EASA...
