The Community of European Railway and Infrastructure Companies (CER) has a new chief executive, with Libor Lochman taking over from Johannes Ludewig on 1 January 2012, an appointment welcomed in a tweet by EU Transport Commissioner Siim Kallas, who said he had had stimulating exchanges with Ludewig during his term of office.
