On Sunday 4 September, the Polish telecommunications operator TPSA, a subsidiary of France Télécom, announced its plans to go to the Court of Justice of the EU to overturn the fine of €127 million imposed on it by the European Commission at the end of June “for having tried to block its competitors from accessing its network between 2005 and 2009”, the news agency Reuters reports.
