Brussels, 04/07/2011 (Agence Europe) - Béatrice Levaux, who chairs the Fédération des employeurs-particuliers de France (FEPEM), will be handing over the policy report from the conference on 8 February 2011 to the Polish minister for employment and social policy, Jolanta Fedak. The report is entitled: “How to transform the demographic challenge into an opportunity for quality jobs in Europe”. It sets out nine proposals for developing family employment in Europe (see EUROPE 10312). The report, which is a true work of analysis and reflection, sets out conclusions and recommendations for the development and structuring of a family employment sector in Europe to meet the objectives of the Lisbon strategy: - job creation, training of the least qualified employees, the fight against poverty and social inclusion for the most vulnerable citizens. In pursuit of this objective, Béatrice Levaux, who believes that authorities only move when under pressure and that very few of them understand that this is an irreversible movement, has already submitted the report to Commissioner Lázsló Andor (Employment/Social Affairs), the president of the European Economic and Social Committee, Staffan Nilsson, and the chairperson of the EP committee on employment and social affairs, Pervenche Bérès.
