The European Union “has taken note” of the International Criminal Court's decision to issue an arrest warrant for Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, his son Saif, and intelligence chief Abdullah Al Sanousi, High Representative Catherine Ashton said. The three are accused of crimes against humanity. Ashton made no other comment, but underlined that the EU supports the ICC and expects full cooperation with it. (LoC)
