Brussels, 27/06/2011 (Agence Europe) - At his press conference following the European Council on Friday 24 June, French President Nicolas Sarkozy said that he was “shocked” by the decision of the European Commission to reduce fivefold the funds for the programme to distribute food to the poorest people in the EU.
