European Parliament President Jerzy Buzek met the president of the International Rugby Board, Bernard Lapasset on Monday 27 June. The forthcoming Rugby World Cup will kick off in Auckland, New Zealand on 9 September. Seven European countries are taking part: England, France; Ireland, Italy, Romania, Scotland and Wales.
