24/06/2011 (Agence Europe) - Anti-government protest fails. Ten activists, 10 police officers, a family and a small number of journalists were the only ones making up the demonstration organised on Friday 24 June in Brussels near the Justus Lipsius building, where the European summit was unfolding. The demonstration was convened by the European Attack-Network and by Corporate Europe Observatory, which are combating the economic policies of the European institutions. Thomas Schultz, one of the organisers, said: “Our movement is a peaceful one. Our action is symbolic. We are in contact with all those who protest for the same reasons, from Spain to Greece”.
