Trichet suggests European finance ministry and calls for much tougher economic governance

Brussels, 06/06/2011 (Agence Europe) - 2011 winner of the Charlemagne Prize, European Central Bank President Jean-Claude Trichet, has called for the European institutional framework to be strengthened “in all domains”, and for revision of the Treaties in order to toughen economic governance.
